Proof you say? download 51 or more mods from the nexus, load 50 of them. Since it is a SW issue, then it is a Valve issue, no matter what they say, so complain to Valve, not bethesda. The SW will only let you be subscribed to 50. The skyrim launcher will let you have around 250-ish mods.
